We invite you to attend our often varied Sunday services beginning at 10:00 am at the Victoria Park Centre, 150 Albert Street West, Fergus, Ontario, Canada.Our church is very fortunate to have a very talented music group, who provide us with 15 minutes of gathering music before our service and accompanying our songs and hymns. "Are you being Spiritually Fed?"
Spirituality can be at the core of a healthy life, and yet we often neglect that aspect of ourselves because it's so difficult to quantify or even describe. But if you feel a void, then it's time to make a change from the inside out. If the path you've taken doesn't offer you peace, meaning, and purpose, then step off it and investigate new experiences. This could be as simple as trying meditation or as far-reaching as studying a new religion. Don't be afraid to explore new spiritual options.

February 14, 2010 - Food and SpiritualityExploring the connection between spirituality and food. Fr James Profit, executive director of Ignatius Centre of Guelph, is the founder of the Ecology Project and a Jesuit priest trained in agriculture (B.S. Agr), rural sociology and theology. He leads retreats and workshops on everything from agriculture to climate change to the greening of the spiritual excercises of St. Ignatius to groups in Canada, the US, the Caribean and Europe.
